ABOUT US

 

Who are we? Two good friends named Hans Olav and Morten living in Central Telemark. Hans Olav owns an apple farm, so the choice was easy. There were going to be cider, and we were going to make it out of apples. Long days and late evenings have been spent brewing, testing, sweetening and tasting. We think it's really good, and we hope you agree with us. In the spring of 2021 we started a farm shop on Børte, and by the summer 2021 our cider was found in bars, restaurants and at selected liquor stores.
